*123# : Acess MTN Services without sending SMS or calling 180

MTN Nigeria has introduced an interactive short code[*123#] to help its subscribers access its range of services without having to send SMS or call customer care on 180 or dial 181 self service line.

To access the service, all the subscriber needs to do iS just dial *123# on his MTN line. The service has the following MENU;

1. My Tools
2. my services
3. Prepaid plans
4. My Data
5. MTN Play
6. Exit.
Each of the above listed MENU has Sub-Menus that contain a lot of services. To access any of the MENU, dial *123#, press the ANSWER key and type the corresponding number. For example, to access My tools, press ANSWER and type 1 then SEND.

With this service you can check your balance, subscribe to data bundles, check your bundle balance, use Google SMS, subscribe to Black Berry service and lots more.
